01 — FIRST STEP
Project Definition
We define the style and characteristics of the home with the client, adapting to new or existing projects.
We transfer the information to the factory, where the technical department develops the study of the project and the calculation of the cementation.
02 — SECOND STEP
Foundation and manufacture
We execute the cementation on the ground while we manufacture in parallel the concrete panels that will form the main structure.
The industrialized system allows us to advance phases in parallel, reduce deadlines and guarantee maximum precision in each element.

03 — THIRD STEP
Structural Assembly
When all the elements are ready, the assembly is carried out on site in a few days, achieving a fast and precise execution.
From the start of the project, the usual time to have the structure completely assembled on the ground is between 3 and 4 months. If you want a fully finished house, turnkey, the overall term is approximately between 8 and 9 months.
