Preformicat is a young-spirited company born in Maresme, specialized in the construction of house structures using industrialized concrete elements.
These structures are assembled in a few days on the ground, achieving a fast, precise execution and with a minimum of unforeseen events. We offer the possibility to provide only the structure or to develop turnkey homes according to your needs.
